Police search for suspect who shot 14-year-old in Germantown

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities are looking for the person who shot a 14-year-old nearly two weeks ago in Germantown.

Philadelphia police released surveillance video from May 29 of a group of about five young men who came up to the teen, circled him, and as the victim tried to ignore the group, they tossed him to the ground. When he got back up, the suspect shot the teen in the chest. 

The young victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
