The Poe Raid, a relay race where people dress like Edgar Allen Poe, and the Gritty 5K, a benefit where runners dress like the Flyers mascot, both showcase their first-ever fanatic antics this weekend.
For those less interested in cosplaying — and running — you can meet up in Old City for art, culture and cheap doughnuts. Further south, sample more than 60 flavors of wings, or make the drive out to Bucks County to taste local wines.
