PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- Saint Joseph's University announced Sunday that their Men’s Basketball program is pausing all team activities for two weeks because of a positive COVID-19 test.

The Hawks were supposed to play Villanova on Wednesday, but that game is postponed. The Wildcats will stay in Connecticut, where they’ve played all three of their games so far, and take on Hartford tomorrow.

While St. Joe’s has been able to play two games before pausing — Temple men’s basketball hasn’t had a chance to start its season. Last Thursday, the Owls announced they would quarantine for 14 days because of a positive test. They had Villanova coming up on Thursday and La Salle on Sunday.
