PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Camden have arrested four men accused of shooting the home of two officers last month. The officers were not targeted.

At least six shots were fired into the home of two Camden police officers, who were at home with their newborn baby. An investigation found their house wasn’t the intended target.

Four men have been arrested and charged with three counts each of attempted murder and other related offenses.

Three of the men arrested are teenagers from Pennsauken — 19-year-olds Julio Nieves and Jaqwa Styles, 18-year-old Jeremiah McDonald — and 30-year-old Kobbie Johnson is from Collingswood.

They are all in custody.

Joe Wysocki, Camden County police chief, said the streets are safer with those four people being locked up, and he said because of a recent increase in violent crime, his department is partnering with the ATF to crack down on gun violence.
