Philly task force reports several dozen incidents of voter interference

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Election Task Force has reported a total of 68 incidents on Election Day.

All but one have been “peacefully resolved.”

Most of the complaints involved alleged voter interference or a push toward a particular candidate, or a misunderstanding of voter rules.

There were a handful of claims involving people being recorded at the polls or harassed in line, which authorities say is being investigated further.

The District Attorney’s Office said the task force has received an influx of calls due to misinformation being spread online, like the one that was investigated below.
