It does sort of seem that the older Sean Penn gets, the messier his hair gets. He's probably got the IDGAF gene and we're not ones to judge. It's just that sometimes hair can quite literally steal the show and that's clearly what happened the other morning in a virtual interview.
Sean later said his hair had been "hacked by Russia."
We get it though. Some mornings are just harder than others.
