Las Vegas mayor wants to re-open casinos, theater and restaurants but doesn't give any safety guidelines

Carolyn Goodman, the mayor of Las Vegas,wants casinos, theaters and restaurants in her city to re-open but says it's not her job to provide any social distancing guidelines. She says the owners "better figure it out. That's their job."
