NFL Mock Draft: Bob McManaman Picks 15th For Arizona

Wednesday, April 11th

Bob McManaman from the Arizona Republic picks 15th in our Mock Draft. Bob talked about new head Coach Wilks and how he is keeping his plans for the draft close to his vest. Bob mentioned that he gets a good vibe from Coach Wilks and he is completely different from Coach Arians. Bob described the health concerns and for coach Arians and said he is doing really well but it was about spending more time with family that he left the team. Bob talked about them signing Sam Bradford and Mike Glennon and how if they do draft a rookie QB he won’t see the field. Bob is not a fan of any of the QB’s that the Cardinals have on the roster right now. Bob talked about how he doesn’t see how the Cardinals can address taking a QB in the draft after they picked up Bradford and Glennon. Bob gave us an update on RB David Johnson and said he is healthy, ready to go and will be your starting RB. Bob said losing Tyrann Mathieu’s is a huge loss for the team because of his infectious personality and he was all business. Bob wished Honey Badgers good luck with his next team and said he would be missed but it’s not your dads NFL any more. Bob chuckled and told Rick he would not have taken Lamar Jackson with the 15th pick in the draft. Bob picked WR Calvin Ridley to fill a need.
