Hays County to order shelter at home; 10th case confirmed

HAYS COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Hays County will join other jurisdictions around Central Texas in ordering residents to stay at home, as the county confirms its 10th positive case of COVID-19. County Judge Ruben Becerra tweeted out some details on his plans Wednesday morning.
