Happy Cinco de Mayo! The short history version ... May 5th is the date that is observed in honor of the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862. A day that includes lots of yummy Mexican food, Margaritas and more that add to the Happy of the celebration. Thanks to Coronavirus this year's celebration will look and feel different. Social distancing and wearing a face covering is extremely important when it comes to stopping the spread. Something to keep in mind as you decide about heading to a restaurant that's open to enjoy the day / night with limited capacity of 25%. It can still be yummy fun with so many options to get your Cinco de Mayo grub on w/ many ATX delicious options for takeout & delivery. Thanks to DO512 making the search so much easier ..
