With less than the three weeks to the premiere of "BH90210," the cast is getting all the feels about working together again.
In a new promotional video, the stars of the original "Beverly Hills, 90210" open up about their life-long special bonds, according to Today.
The short clip features behind-the-scenes footage, shots from the revival, as well as, testimonials from Shannen Doherty (Brenda), Jason Priestly (Brandon), Ian Ziering (Steve), Tori Spelling (Donna), Jennie Garth (Kelly), Brian Austin Green (David), and Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea).
“People are going to come back to the show because they want to see the friends they made over a generation of watching,” said Ziering.
These friendships have endured nearly three decades since the OG series premiered back in 1990.
“We have a very special, unique connection together that no one else will have,” Green shared.
Priestly made it clear what his favorite thing about returning to the franchise is by adding: “Getting to work again with all my old friends has been one of the highlights of doing the show.”
While the new series won’t be a straight-up reboot since the cast will be playing heightened versions of their real selves and not their characters, Garth let fans know one thing they can surely expect is that “the show is definitely going to have a strong element of nostalgia.”
Speaking of nostalgia, audiences in southern California will be able to get an extra helping as it was just announced that a pop-up of the show’s seminal diner, The Peach Pit, is opening in the Los Angeles area just prior to the show’s premiere.
Hungry fans can make a lunch or “after-dark” reservation for August 1st- 3rd. There will also be limited walk-in spots on a first come, first serve basis. No word if Nat will make an appearance.
"BH90210" premieres Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 9 p.m. on Fox.
