Liam Gallagher Announces Free Concert For UK Healthcare Workers

'They do an incredible job, we are very lucky to have them'

Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has announced a free concert to give thanks to the healthcare workers of the United Kingdom and he's planning on bringing some friends along.

In a post on Instagram Gallagher says, "It's an honour to announce that I will be doing a gig for the NHS and careworkers at London’s The O2 on October 29th. They do an incredible job, we are very lucky to have them. LG x #ThankYouNHS"

This news comes hot on the heels of the singer's cheeky "wash your hands" posts of reworked classics that went through the roof with likes and shares a couple of weeks back.

In other non-Oasis-Gallagher-news: Liam's Acoustic Sessions EP was just released in January and another stripped down offering is in the pressing stages, 2019's MTV Unplugged session.

Unfortunately, an Oasis reunion remains out of the cards. According to Liam,  Noel recently turned down a $130 million offer.
