Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox took things public shortly after they collaborated in MGK’s silly yet sexy “Bloody Valentine” music video. From sweet mirror selfie Instagram posts to declarations of love in Instagram captions, the duo has taken their working relationship and personal relationship one step further in MGK’s new “drunk face” music video.
The documentary-style visual piece, filmed by Mod Sun depicts a day-in-the-life of rocker and rapper, MGK. The video highlights Colson’s shenanigans, private jet expeditions, and most tender moments with Megan. From Fox painting MGK’s nails to the couple sharing a kiss, the viewer gets a sliver of the chaos and cuteness that orbits around the famed couple’s day-to-day.
However, the video may seem slightly more intense because the piece is a documentation of the day in which MGK’s newest album, Tickets To My Downfall dropped. Edited by Colson himself, it feels as if we are taken around the world and back again in just two minutes and forty-seven seconds.
If you’re a follower of the Blonde Don on Instagram you also know that this day included him and Fox climbing on rooftops of various Los Angeles landmarks, like the historic venue, The Roxy. However, footage of the Syd Vicious and Nancy-Esque-like escapades didn’t make it into the “drunk face” video.
We’re sure there is still so much to come from the TTMD era and the relationship between MGK and Megan. In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Kelly opened up about finding love and explains, “After I made the big chunk of the album, I did fall in love for the first time. That was my first experience with being open to love and stuff like that. I definitely wasn't set up to believe that that's something that could ever exist.”
