As we all anxiously await a new record from the San Diego punks, blink-182 have been offering up bits and pieces from their universe over the last few months.

Aside from drummer Travis Barker getting behind the kit for just about anyone who asks (and we’re not complaining!), and a new single recorded under lockdown with their Goldfinger pal John Feldmann, called “Quarantine,” bassist Mark Hoppus has been keeping fans entertained with Twitch streams and band-related fun on his Instagram feed.

The latest post is an adorable throwback to 1999 when the blink boys met up with the Foo Fighters during a backstage encounter.

In the photo, which Hoppus wants you to never forget exists, we see Mark and his bandmates Travis Barker and Tom DeLonge West Coast-flexing with Foos Taylor Hawkins, Chris Shiflett, and of course frontman Dave Grohl’s sideburns.

Blink-182's latest release was 2019's NINE, which featured the singles "Happy Days," "Darkside," and "I Really Wish I Hated You."

Former blink singer Tom DeLonge recently made headlines when he announced a new movie project he's working on, which he hopes will resonate with fans.

"Hope you like blink-era d*** jokes, skateboarding culture, UFOs," he said discussing the film.
