Vampire Weekend’s double album just got a little bigger, as the band has released three new songs from the Japanese edition of Father Of The Bride. “Houston Dubai,” “I Don’t Think Much About Her No More,” and “Lord Ullin’s Daughter” are now available for the first time, with the third featuring actor Jude Law.

Law reads a Scottish poem over a de-constructed version of “Big Blue,” from the GRAMMY-winning album. The actor previously worked with Vampire Weekend’s frontman Ezra Koenig on his animated Netflix Neo Yokio.

Elsewhere, “Houston Dubai” offers the same jangly, rambling jam band vibes found through much of Father Of The Bride, while “I Don’t Think Much About Her No More” is a sparse song that plays like a Dylan-esque confessional.

The three tracks were originally released on the Japanese edition of the Vampire Weekend's fourth studio album, in May of 2019. Earlier this year the band won their second GRAMMY Award for Best Alternative Album, following a win in 2014 for Modern Vampires Of The City.
