Grouplove is readying the release of their fourth studio album, but first the band is joining us for a special performance. Christian, Hannah, and the whole gang got us in a serious vibe with some classics we can’t help but scream-along to, and two fresh tracks that we are already in love with.
Above you’ll find “Deleter,” the group’s first song of 2020 and the lead single for their upcoming LP, Healer. The urgent and vibrant jam arrives with questions and unshakable enthusiasm, spinning towards some personal truth. The song is the band’s first since 2017’s Big Mess, and a wide-eyed introduction to this new era.
Below you’ll find another new song from Healer called “Places.” It’s quiet and contemplative, growing into something larger and more communal like all the best Grouplove songs. You can see the performance of “Places” below.
While we are so excited about the future for Grouplove, the new album arriving on March 13 and the US tour that kicks off next month, we couldn’t let them leave without playing a few of our favorites. These songs have gotten us through summer heat, sometimes sang at 11 in the passenger seat. Grouplove has become one of the brightest stars of the last decade in Alternative music – partly because their awesome humans, but mostly because these tunes are beloved and everlasting.
You can check out exclusive performances of “Colors,” “Raspberry,” and “Tongue Tied” below.
You can pre-order your copy of Healer here.
