Want to live in Jennie Garth's home? Well, you may have the opportunity because it's back on the market!
Variety reported that the actress is selling her equestrian compound which is about two hours north of Los Angeles and is in Los Olivos, California. Garth is selling the home for a whopping $1.9 million!
Garth is now raising the bar with her home by spending $3.3 million for a mid-century ranch house about 10 miles north of downtown Los Angeles and in the outskirts of Pasadena.
According to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California, Garth's 6.3 acre compound was purchased nearly 20 years ago.
The real estate company describes the home as a nearly 4,400-square-foot residence “partly wrapped by a deep, shaded veranda with four bedrooms and bathrooms.”
According to Variety, Garth’s LA home has “opted for a freshly renovated residence tucked away in a coveted and rustic, ridge-line neighborhood just outside of Pasadena.”
Back in August, Garth reflected on her marriage to Dave Abrams after reconciling, following a tumultuous few years which saw the couple separate and file for divorce.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star met Abrams on a blind date in 2014 and within months, the two were engaged and walking down the aisle. She soon found the whirlwind romance had its problems.
“We rushed it too much, and we had individual things we needed to work out,” the 47-year-old told People. “Maybe it was a mistake [to move so fast] and we’ve all had to learn and grow from that.”
