'Quantum of Solace' Bond Girl Olga Kurylenko Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Olga Kurylenko, an actress known for her role in the 2008 James Bond film “Quantum of Solace,” confirmed that she has COVID-19.

The actress, who played Bolivian secret agent Camile Montes alongside Daniel Craig, was diagnosed after feeling "ill for almost a week" with fever and fatigue, reported Daily Mail.

Kurylenko announced the diagnosis and that she is self-quarantining with a photo of her locked window that she posted on Instagram.

"Locked up at home after having tested positive for coronavirus," the caption read. "I've actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself, and do take this seriously!"

The actress who has more than 580,000 followers on Instagram, did not tell her fans where she was recovering.

In another post the actress revealed that she is eating garlic to boost her immune system.

“I have cough only in the morning, then I do not have any cough at all," she said.

The star told her followers, “to bring down the temperature, they said to take Paracetamol, which I do.”

In addition to garlic, Kurylenko is also taking vitamins.

According to the CDC, the main symptoms of coronavirus are a fever, a dry cough, and shortness of breath. The symptoms tend to appear 2-14 days after exposure. Individuals who start exhibiting coronavirus symptoms should call their doctors to discuss follow-up steps and/or testing.
