Chrissy Teigen is opening up about all the online criticism she gets for her parenting skills.
While she may be the queen of the clapback, the mother of two revealed the negative comments can still get to her.
"The comments affect me. Of course," Teigen confessed to “Today.”
And while the “Lip Sync Battle” host gets backlash for “pretty much everything,” what she feeds her adorable children is at the top of the list.
"Any time I post a picture of [my kids] holding ribs or eating sausage, I get a lot of criticism,” she added. “Vegans and vegetarians are mad and feel that we're forcing meat upon them at a young age. They freak out."
Many also take issue with how she transports three-year-old daughter Luna and 21-month-old son Miles around town.
"If they get a glimpse of the car seat there is a lot of buckle talk," she continued. "Maybe for one half of a second, the strap slipped down."
And if you thought people couldn’t find a relaxing night on the couch with husband John Legend controversial, you’d be mistaken.
"TV is another big one," she explained. "We have TV on a lot in my house. John and I work on television; we love watching television."
But over time, Teigen admits she’s grown “thicker skin” about the critiques and wants other moms to feel more confident in their abilities.
“They say that nine of out 10 moms actually feel like they're not doing a good enough job, and that was me completely,” the 34-year-old said. “Now, I realize that there's no one right way to do anything. There's a million ways to raise a baby. There's a million different things you can do. You can't really go wrong, honestly."
Words of wisdom from a fabulous mom.
