Cindy Crawford is known for a beauty mark on her face and now so is her son.
But unlike his iconic supermodel mom, Presley Gerber’s isn’t a mole, it’s a face tattoo.
The 20-year-old’s latest permanent ink is located on his right cheekbone and features the word “MISUNDERSTOOD” written in all caps. That’s one way to highlight flawless bone structure!
Perhaps to silence any naysayers who might think the ink is fake, Presley posted a video of himself going under the needle at the tattoo shop.
The body art is the handy work of New York celebrity tattoo artist Jonathan “JonBoy” Valena who has previously marked up stars such as Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner.
Valena shared images of Presley’s new ink on Instagram and appeared to send a preemptive apology to Crawford for modifying her son’s gorgeous features.
He captioned one of the shots, “Sorry mom.”
While this is Presley’s first tat on his mug, the aspiring model is no stranger to ink and sports various tattoos all over his body. In addition to several on his hands, he also has two neck tattoos and the words “Be Grateful” on his forearm.
While neither Crawford nor husband Rande Gerber has spoken out on their son’s latest body modification, back in 2018 they fully supported him getting younger sister Kaia’s name etched onto his left arm, reported E!
"RG+JG APPROVED!" Randy commented on Presley's photo at the time. While Crawford added, “Cool.”
Presley is signed to DNA Models and has walked the runway for several of the fashion industry’s top designers. It’s unclear if his new face tattoo will have an effect on his career.
He is currently serving three years probation after getting a DUI in 2019.
