Gwyneth Paltrow is living her best life in her best bod for the premiere of her new docuseries!
The 47-year-old actress showed off her toned body during a screening of her Netflix series “The Goop Lab,” hailing from her wellness and lifestyle company, Goop. The series premieres on January 24 and chronicles her findings as she and her company attempt to discover the "unregulated" side of health.
The show comes after RADIO.COM's Cadence13 podcast, "The Goop Podcast."
The actress wore a skin-baring outfit to the screening with a custom white bralette and matching wide-leg trousers from her clothing brand, G. Label.

The star has been embracing her fit body at various events this year.
Earlier this month, Paltrow turned heads when she showed off her toned physique in a coffee-colored, sheer Fendi dress at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards.
In a recent video interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Paltrow credited an omnivorous diet and working out with whipping her into shape. She also revealed what she eats on a daily basis.
According to the publication, her day starts with large glasses of water followed by coffee.
When she goes to the gym, she skips breakfast and sips on a large jug of water mixed with GoopGlow super powder.
On days where she eats breakfast, she opts for a smoothie filled with “good fat, protein, and fiber.”
She draws lunch inspiration from her own website but tends to stick to a salad with protein.
As for dinner, she’s not as strict about sticking to a diet. “For dinner, I have whatever I want,” she admitted. The only caveat is that she “always try to avoid highly-processed foods and high-fructose corn syrup.”
