'Harry Potter' Fans Can Stay in Hagrid's Hut for $1

You could be spending Christmas on the grounds of Hogwarts for a very affordable price.

A farm in England is sponsoring a contest which allows lucky “Harry Potter” fans to spend a week at in a replica of Hagrid’s Hut from the popular book and film series for the price of one dollar, according to People.

The Grounds Keeper Cottage has been transformed to look exactly like the home of Rubeus Hagrid, Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts, and features three rooms that can accommodate four adults and two children.

One lucky winner will get a seven-night stay from December 22 to 29, 2019 at the cottage, which normally rents for $365 a night. Unfortunately, the dates are firm and cannot be changed for another time.

In addition to all the Instagrammable moments, you’ll also get a ‘magical’ Christmas hamper, presents delivered by Santa Claus, a train ride from the Harry Potter station nearby and tea with a “Harry Potter” lookalike.

While it may be fit for the half-giant and half-human fan favorite character, the interior of Hagrid’s Hut features a cozy layout which includes 2 bedrooms, a cooper bath, and a fireplace.

If you fail to land the grand prize, there are two other opportunities being offered. A second place winner will score a three-night stay in the cottage, while the third prize gets you two nights on the farm’s Shire House.

A ticket to enter the competition costs just one dollar and you can enter as many times as you wish. All submissions must be received by October 31st.

So prepare to yell “Accio!” and good luck.
