The actress revealed the shimmery eye look with a selfie that she posted to her Instagram story. She kept her eyes closed to show the full effect.
Duff has been vocal over the past several weeks about the coronavirus pandemic.
She opened up on how she felt about people partying during the July 4th holiday. Duff took to Instagram to slam irresponsible holiday partygoers amid the COVID-19 global outbreak. Duff even had the opportunity to poke fun at Kanye West in the post.
In the post, Duff shared several posts of herself, her husband Matthew Koma, and their daughter Banks.
The former “Lizzie McGuire” star said her family celebrated the holiday with a drive, family nap, and two walks.
She explained that "California is in bad shape" and that "we all want to go out freely" without worry.
"It really seems like Americans just don’t care about each other..." she continued. "Somehow this pandemic has turned into a political stance between parties ... that’s a head scratcher for me."
"Other countries have come together in a beautiful way to contain or be Covid free. It’s embarrassing that we are worse than ever because people need to party and Karens won’t wear masks!" she continued.
Duff’s opinions come after states across the country have seen spikes in coronavirus cases as places reopen businesses.
