Kelly Ripa Dances to Shakira Ahead of Super Bowl Halftime Show

Kelly Ripa is shaking her hips and definitely ready for the Super Bowl!

In an Instagram video shared by the morning show host, Ripa is seen dancing to Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie."

Ripa captioned the video, "Answering the call of the #shewolf @shakira #superbowl #audition @theannakaiser 🐺🐺🐺💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 #halftime"

In the clip, Ripa is joined by fitness guru and choreographer Anna Kaiser, reported People. Kaiser happened to train Shakira for her Super Bowl performance.

Both ladies in the video get excited when they start dancing to the hit "Whenever, Wherever."

"Shakira Super Bowl audition. Take three," Ripa said at the beginning of the video before dancing to the choreographed routine. The star also joked about being the singer's backup dancer in the video's caption.

Back in September, it was announced that Shakira and Jennifer Lopez would perform for the 2020 Pepsi Halftime Show in Miami, Florida.

It marks the first time that the two have taken the stage together, after decades of wowing fans separately.

Both Lopez and Shakira confirmed the news on Twitter, after Pepsi made the announcement via their own account. According to the message, Roc Nation, the company owned by Live Nation and created by Jay-Z will also be a part of the event.
