Kanye West has big plans up his sleeve…plans the size of a $14 million ranch in Wyoming.
According to TMZ, the hip hop mogul dropped some serious cash on Monster Lake Ranch outside of Cody, Wyoming. The massive plot of land features two lakes, a restaurant, an event center and various meeting facilities.
On top of all of that, there are tons of horses – it is a ranch, after all. Who knows if West is planning a major, rodeo-style Sunday Service, but fans are eager to find out what the “Famous” rapper’s plans are.
While, the property was worth the entire $14 million, TMZ reports that the exact price West coughed up has not been revealed, and it’s possible he paid a bit less than asking.
The property in its entirety is over 9,000 acres land, of which, West now owns 4,500. The remaining 3,500 acres are leased by the federal government.
Sources tell TMZ that West is currently in Wyoming now, finishing up his latest album. The album is expected to have heavy religious themes throughout.
This isn’t the first time West has hunkered down in the wild west to finish an album. He spent much of his time finishing “Ye” at the Aman resort in Wyoming as well.
