Kim Kardashian’s daughter Chicago is recovering after suffering an accident at home.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star revealed the two-year-old recently needed to get stitches after enduring a frightening fall.
“The other day, my daughter Chicago fell out of her high chair, cut her whole face. Stitches. Had to figure it all out,” Kardashian said during an appearance on “Good Morning America.” “So stuff happens … you just gotta roll with it.”
Thankfully, the little one is healing very nicely and is on the mend.
“She’s okay. Big scar on her cheek, but she’s okay,” the SKIMS founder reassured co-hosts Michael Strahan and Lara Spencer.
As many parents can attest, accidents come with raising children, but Kardashian runs a very tight ship to help the household run smoothly.
“The whole day is chaotic, but I’m very ‘micromanaged’,” Kardashian said. “So I get up at like 5:40, in the gym by 6, done [by] 7. They wake up, I get them up at 7:05, breakfast at 7:30, out the door by 7:55.”
While the day may be chaotic, Kardashian and husband Kanye West’s lavish home has been designed to exude peace and calm.
The couple recently gave Architectural Digest an inside look at their $60 million residence which resembles a “futuristic Belgian monastery.”
Architect Axel Vervoordt transformed their San Fernando Valley “McMansion” into a “monastery” with rooms that are intentionally spare.
Most of the rooms feature little to no furniture or art work and have a completely minimalist feel.
Kanye explained the simplistic theme by adding, “Everything we do is an art installation and a playroom.”
Unfortunately, the one aspect of the estate that the mother of four has not been able to enjoy is the lavish pool, as Kardashian admitted she’s yet to even dip her toe in it.
