The royal nickname has been revealed.
In the midst of important meetings with Archbishop Desmond Tutu while touring South Africa, Meghan Markle has disclosed the adorable moniker she has for four-month-old son Archie.
According to People, the Duchess of Sussex calls her bundle of joy "Bubba."
“Say hello! Hello, hi,” Meghan says to Archie, before noticing he’s drooling and adds, “Oh, Bubba!”
That’s Archie Harrison “Bubba” Mountbatten-Windsor, to you!
While Megan and Prince Harry have begun their royal tour of Africa, it’s little Archie who appears to have gotten most of the attention.
The former Suits actress shared a highlight video of their trip so far in which Archbishop Tutu and his daughter Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe can be seen playing and laughing with little Bubba.
In another image, the 87-year-old human rights activist can be seen giving Archie a peck on the forehead while in his mother’s arms, which was captioned, “Thank you Archbishop Tutu for your incredibly warm hospitality, Archie loved meeting you!” It was signed, “The Duke and Duchess.”
In addition to meeting with the Archbishop, Meghan and Harry danced with locals, participated in a mindful meditation with a charity organization, and later, complimented each other on their parenting skills.
Meghan, Harry, and Archie arrived in Africa on Monday for their ten-day tour of the continent. While Meghan and Archie will remain in South Africa, Prince Harry will continue on to Botswana, Angola, and Malawi.
The royal tour is set to last until October 2nd.
