Well, tat's better.

Orlando Bloom got some new ink to fix his previously misspelled tattoo.

The actor’s recent mistake serves as your reminder to always triple-check your tattoo before getting it permanently inked on your body.

Unfortunately, the “Pirates of the Carribean” actor learned his lesson the hard way when he got a tattoo inspired by his 9-year-old son, Flynn, and realized the child’s name was misspelled.

Fans were quick to point out a typo after the 43-year-old actor showed off his ink on Instagram.

“New #tattoo can you guess who?” Bloom captioned the photo.

The tattoo was meant to spell his son's name, Flynn, in Morse code, but instead, the art skipped a dot to improperly spell Frynn.

Once Bloom noticed the oversight, he and his tattoo artist, Balazs Bercsenyi, promised they’d correct it.

And they did almost a week later.

Bloom showed off the corrected tattoo on Instagram writing, "finally dot it right! How do you make a mistake like that? #pinterestfail.”

He added, “fortunately I know how to spell Sidi. Forever my boy,” alongside a snap of his new tattoo to honor his dog.

Bloom and ex-wife Miranda Kerr welcomed Flynn in 2011.

Kerr also shares two sons – Hart and Miles – with husband and Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel.

We’re confident that if Bloom gets any more tattoos, possibly for his future bride, Katy Perry, he’ll make sure they’re spelled correctly first.

Orlando popped the question in a super romantic way, treating Katy to heart-shaped balloons and a huge floral bouquet last Valentine’s Day.
