Reese Witherspoon is the mom of a 21-year-old!
The actress shared a loving message to her daughter, Ava Phillippe, to celebrate her milestone birthday.
On Wednesday, the “Big Little Lies” star wrote some sweet wishes alongside a photo of the mom-and-daughter duo looking like twins.
"Wow! How is it possible that this little girl is now 21 years old?" she wrote. "Happy Birthday to my sweet girl who has become the most incredible young woman."
She added: "Her kindness, her compassion, and her huge heart never cease to amaze me. Ava, there aren't enough words to describe how proud I am of everything you've already accomplished. I cannot wait to see ALL the Good you will put into this world. I love you so much @avaphillippe."
She also posted a sweet tribute on Instagram Story with photos of Ava throughout the years. In the post, Ava celebrated the big day by indulging in a glass of champagne and a decadent chocolate cake.
The 44-year-old shares Ava and 16-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
She is also mom to 7-year-old son Tennessee Toth with current husband, Jim Toth. The couple wed in 2011.
Throughout the year, the Oscar-winning star shared a few snaps that revealed Ava is her mini-me.
In February, the ladies hit the slopes and shared a frosty selfie together.
In December, they were ready for a night on the town as they both donned matching black dresses and red lipstick.
While it seems the two have a tight-knit relationship, Reese told Jimmy Kimmel that she loves embarrassing her kids.
“I just say if you’re not embarrassing your children, you’re not spending enough time with them,” Reese said. “That’s basically my role. It’s our job, as parents, to really ramp up the embarrassment.”
