Look on the bright side of social distancing, this might be just the push you need to learn something new. The fine people at Fender are giving you a chance, offering free guitar lessons.

The first 100 thousand people to sign up can use this time to learn to shred, or at least play a few chords. The company is offering three months of free lessons from their team of professionals, finally starting you on your path to Rock stardom.

“With everything happening in the world, music has the power to connect us,” they shared in a statement. “We want to do our part to see you through – the way we know how.”

Grab an acoustic, electric, bass, ukulele – whatever you can and start taking advantage of the opportunity.

“We’re all going to be spending more time inside – so we might as well make some noise,” they add.
