Striking fear into ticket-holder’s hearts, Lil Wayne seemed to be exiting his tour with blink-182 late last week, after abruptly ending his set at a show in Virginia.

“I’m not sure how long I’m going to be able to do this tour, but make some noise for blink-182 for including me anyway” he said from the stage Thursday night after stopping a song. “This might be my last night though” he continued before ending his abbreviated set.

Some have pointed to the make-up of the crowd for causing Wayne's concerns, with the rapper perhaps feeling out of his element at the celebration of blink-182’s pop punk classic Enema Of The State. The band is playing the album in full for its 20th anniversary, with Weezy being an unlikely opener for the group. However, after a hours of reflection and maybe a few friendly reminders of his commitments, Lil Wayne reconsidered his statement.

“Yesterday was krazy!” he wrote on Twitter. “But I want all my fans to know I won’t be quitting this tour! I’m having too much fun with my bros blink-182.”

Wayne appeared in much better spirits this weekend, performing a full set on Friday night in Bangor, ME. “This is the f***ing s**t I’m trying to walk out to every night” he exclaimed as the crowd screamed.

The tour with Lil Wayne and blink-182 continues through September. You can find the full list of upcoming dates here.
