Amazon Prime Video is giving fans a first-look at their upcoming drama “The Map of Tiny Perfect Things.”
The film, based on Lev Grossman’s short story, debuts worldwide on the streamer on February 12.
Per the synopsis: Mark, a man contentedly living the same day in an endless loop, finds his world turned upside-down when he meets mysterious Margaret, who is also stuck in the time loop.
The duo form a magnetic partnership as they seek out all the tiny things that are needed to make one perfect day.
“What follows is a love story with a fantastical twist, as the two struggle to figure out how – and whether – to escape their never-ending day,” the description reads.
Kathryn Newton, who famously starred as Abigail on “Big Little Lies,” stars as Margaret, while “American Horror Story” star, Kyle Allen, takes on the role of Mark.
The film is directed by Ian Samuels and also stars Jermaine Harris, Anna Mikami, Josh Hamilton, and Cleo Fraser.
“We believe this fun, hilarious story will resonate with our global Prime Video audiences and we’re looking forward to director Ian Samuels bringing the story to life,” said Matt Newman, Co-head of Movies at Amazon Studios.
