No one can blame you for plowing through your list of shows to binge watch during quarantine. After all, these are unprecedented times.
In case you are in need of some recommendations, Adele is more than happy to oblige.
The “Rolling in the Deep” singer shared a post on Instagram featuring a British TV show she’s falling in love with.
“‘I May Destroy You’ is the best thing I’ve seen on British TV for yeaaaarssss!!” she captioned the post.
“It’s wholesome, uncomfortable, hilarious but terribly sad and then awkward... and then it makes you cough a bit for no reason and also makes you go put the kettle on, for no reason. You might pretend you need a pee and then you get a bit itchy, then it makes you ask your girls things you haven’t before. And then makes you want to run out in the street and laugh so hard like mad til you cry for absolute hours! I’ve never felt so many emotions at once! Absolutely fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Michaela Coel bloody SMASHED it 💫.”
It’s been five years since Adele’s last album 25 came out, but the singer recently dropped a major hint about a new album.
She was performing at the wedding of poet Laura Dockrill and told the audience “expect my album in September.”
Adele was not only an entertainer at the wedding, but she officiated the ceremony.
While an official confirmation hasn’t come yet, rumors are that the album will be called “30.” The singer joked it would be “a drum n bass record to spite you.”
