Ariana Grande Buys $6.75 Million Mansion Formerly Flipped by Ellen Degeneres

The news comes days after Grande closed on a $13.7 million home

Just days after dropping $13.7 million on a new home, Ariana Grande made another major addition to her real estate portfolio.

After purchasing a 10,000 square foot property in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Bird Streets, Grande said Thank U, Next and bought another property in Montecito, California.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Grande closed on the two-bedroom, three-bathroom property last month for $6.75 million. While Grande’s recent purchases have garnered attention, this case is noteworthy because the home was reportedly flipped by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

The English Tudor-style home was bought by DeGeneres and de Rossi for $3.6 million. After renovating the property, the couple was able to see a significant return on their investment.

No one could fault Grande for making these lavish purchases as the singer was the third highest-paid musician of this past year bringing in a total of $72 million. This is on top of her wildly successful Thank U, Next tour, which grossed $146.4 million.

Ariana Grande has made waves recently appearing on Lady Gaga’s new album Chromatica on the song “Rain On Me.” The music video has already garnered over 100 million views on YouTube.

This comes just weeks after her epic collaboration with Justin Bieber was released. “Stuck With U.”

“In response to the COVID-19 crisis and to help further bolster relief efforts, all net proceeds from the streams and sales of ‘Stuck with U’ will be donated to First Responders Children’s Foundation,” the pair shared in a statement. “To fund grants and scholarships for children of healthcare workers, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, police officers and firefighters serving at the front lines during the global pandemic.”
