Ariana Grande has been a social distancing warrior, encouraging everyone to stay inside and stay safe during this time as coronavirus concerns continue to increase around the world. The “thank u, next” singer also seems to be making the most of her time at home, feeding fans with a sample of new music, and maybe even working on a new relationship.
“I miss making things,” she wrote on Tuesday. “Can’t wait to get back to work but for now let’s stay inside pls.”
Along with the post comes a 45 second sample of a previously unreleased song, finding Grande singing lustfully over a grinding R&B beat. “No more playing safe, let’s take it all the way,” she sings on the seductive slow jam.
Romance might be on the mind of Ariana, as TMZ is reporting that she’s been spending private time with a new partner. Fans have spotted a mystery man in some of Grande’s recent Instagram Story posts, including one where he’s playing with her dog, Toulouse. The site seems to think it’s Dalton Gomez, a new love interest for Ari, who she was reportedly spotted out kissing earlier this year.
The high-end real estate agent is apparently big with the A-list community, and has also popped up in pictures with Miley Cyrus. Grande and several of her friends also follow him on social media. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for the two. If it is a new boyfriend, the Sweetener singer is keeping things more private this time around.
Throughout the entire coronavirus crisis, Ariana has been vocal about fans taking this seriously and staying inside. "It is incredibly dangerous and selfish to take this situation that lightly," she explained in a post. "The 'we will be fine because we're young' mindset is putting people who aren't young and/or healthy in a lot of danger. You sound stupid and privileged."
