Diplo hit the motherload.
What started as a seemingly odd collab teaser spiralled out of con-troll when the super producer hacked the Jonas Brothers’ Instagram account.
The hilarious Insta takeover began with a post from the band's account, featuring a black-and-white photo of Diplo clad in tight Calvin Klein boxer briefs.
“@calvinklein ur welcome for the free promo,” the caption read.
The producer went on to post a picture of the group Hanson with the caption, “never forget the original jonas brothers.”
Diplo didn’t pass up the opportunity for promo on the Jonas Brothers’ account, which has 7.4 million followers on Instagram. He unfollowed everyone except his own account, and ended every caption of his takeover with a simple “follow @diplo.”
Other posts included picture a fan’s “Jonas Brothers” lower-back tattoo, and another shirtless DIplo pic holding three GRAMMY statues.
“Photoshoot with kevin, nick, and joe,” the caption read.
This isn’t the first time Diplo’s had fun with the Jonases on Instagram. Diplo live streamed Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner wedding ceremony in Las Vegas, officiated by an Elvis impersonator.
A collab is happening between Diplo and the bros. E! News confirmed that the DJ and pop group will team up for a track on Diplo’s country album, which is coming out under his real name, Thomas Wesley Pentz, Jr.
In a now-deleted post on his own Instagram, Diplo fessed up. The caption read, "The @jonasbrothers are dorks and I hacked their Instagram #dorkusbrothers."
