Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid Celebrate One Year 'Joint at the Hip'

The couple took to Instagram to mark the occasion

Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid took to Instagram to celebrate the couple’s one year anniversary together.

“Nothing sweeter than 365 days joint at the hip with you ❤️,” the pop star wrote in her tribute post alongside a slideshow of photos featuring the couple.

Hadid shared a photo with Lipa containing the caption “Sharkboyy and lava girl,” a reference to the 2005 film of the same name.

The couple began dating shortly after Lipa split from her ex-boyfriend Isaac Carew and made their red carpet debut together in November 2019 at the American Music Awards.

Dua Lipa recently “performed” alongside 5 Seconds of Summer, Hailee Steinfeld, Chris Martin, Ellie Goulding, Sean Paul, and other artists to cover the Foo Fighters classic “Times Like These.”

Each artist recorded their own portion of the song at home with proceeds benefiting the organizations BBC Children in Need and Comic Relief in support of vulnerable people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The song was appropriate for the moment with the chorus "It’s times like these you learn to live again/It’s times like these you give and give again.”

Lipa had a bit of a rough start to quarantine as she revealed she was staying in a “random Airbnb” with Hadid after experiencing a “flood” in her home. She returned home from Australia and had to scramble to find a place as her home was not in suitable condition to live.

Lipa took it in stride though saying, “my boyfriend and I are quite used to making anywhere a home. We travel a lot, so this is fine.”
