Just hours away from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and anticipation has hit galactic levels.
The finale for the saga from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away features favorites new and old, but Luke Skywalker himself is hinting at some extra star-power underneath the mask of one of the Stromtroopers.
In a tweet this week, Mark Hamill celebrated the premiere of the film which brings closure to his “dysfunctional family,” and dropped a few clues about who might be behind this film’s secret Stormtrooper. Prince Harry and Prince William have both suited up for the series, as has Tom Hardy and Daniel Craig, but who’s playing for the First Order in the final film?
“Considering they've all been UK Superstars but still no singer, all the clues point in one direction,” he wrote along with the hashtag #Stylestrooper.
The picture of Harry Styles and the 1D name drop makes it pretty clear that the Fine Line singer is featured in The Rise of Skywalker, becoming the latest to sneak his way into the Star Wars universe.
Styles also might not be the only celebrity Stormtrooper this time around, with a behind-the-scenes video from last month showing Ed Sheeran suited up. Disney at the time would not confirm if Sheeran was a part of the film. Lin-Manuel Miranda is also seen in the clip, dressed a Resistance fighter.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is in theaters everywhere on December 20.
