Is there anything that Charlie Puth can’t do? The “Mother” singer is a man of many talents that stretch out far beyond his GRAMMY-nominated music career.
Just in the span of the last year, we’ve personally gotten to witness Puth showcase a few of his amazing skills. There was that time that he played the “mouth trumpet” with astonishing ease, or that time that he turned our favorite Christmas carols into crunk bangers. Now, he’s back to give us the Baby Yoda theme song that the world deserves.

During a visit with RADIO.COM’s 105.1 The Buzz in Portland, Puth was pressed into service to come up with a song for “The Child.” The breakout star of The Mandalorian has captured the hearts of everyone, and just because Charlie hasn’t seen the Disney+ show, it didn’t stopped him from blessing us with the “Baby Yoda Polka.”
Armed with one hand and a keyboard, Puth delivered this 10-second earworm that is sure to be stuck firmly within your brain, every time everyone’s favorite force-sensitive being is brought up in conversation.
Puth didn’t know a lot about Baby Yoda, hence the 10 second song. However fans are already lining up to get his Build-A-Bear figure. The company announced earlier this week that he will be coming to stores within the next few months, which should give you plenty of time to get yours before season two of The Mandalorian arrives on Disney+.
