Jason Momoa celebrated his 41st birthday slapping an iconic Red Hot Chili Peppers tune on a custom-made Fender Precision Bass. The birthday gift showed followers a musical side to the bearded mountain of an actor.

Momoa posted the moment on IGTV when Custom Shop Master Builder Vincent Van Trigt presented the Fender to “Aquaman,” mustard yellow case and all.
Jason opened it to reveal a custom guitar shrouded in velvet rose fabric.
The only words he could utter; “Oh, s***!”

He treated followers to a few bass arrangements from Red Hot Chili Peppers’ version of “Higher Ground,” originally written by Stevie Wonder. The actor hasn’t played very long. Hollywood.com reports Jason learned to play the instrument between filming scenes for “Aquaman.” The report says he wanted to jam with co-star, Patrick Wilson.

After giving the Fender a once over, Momoa picked it up and commented how "super light" it felt. He was overcome with joy, shaking Van Tigt's hand and thanking him for the fabulous gift

The “Game of Thrones” star is no stranger to gifting. Momoa recently surprised wife Lisa Bonet by restoring her 1965 Ford Mustang, the first car she ever bought herself. He documented the entire process on Instagram.
