Aside from their brand new, ninth album Ohms, which just arrived in late September, Deftones have a bit more to celebrate this year.

It's been 20 years since the release of their iconic White Pony album, which featured not only the hits "Digital Bath," "Knife Prty," and "Change (In the House of Flies)," but also a dark and foreboding collaboration with Tool singer Maynard James Keenan.

The fan-favorite track "Passenger," which is in essence a duet between Deftones singer Chino Moreno and Tool's Keenan, is getting the remix treatment by none other than Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda for the anniversary re-issue.

Shinoda shared the news posting on social media, "I remixed ‘Passenger’ by Deftones (feat. Maynard James Keenan of Tool) for the 20th-anniversary #WhitePony remix album, #BlackStallion. Info below."

The anniversary re-release of the 2000 record will come as a double album packaged with Black Stallion, a companion remix album of White Pony.
