Slipknot and Guns N’ Roses fans can now show their true colors on Facebook. The social network has unveiled new face filters that represent each band.
The filters for Slipknot are exactly what you’d expected and they’re amazing. You can cover your face with the masks of all nine members along with a black hood with the Slipknot logo. If you film a video with the filter, “Unsainted” plays in the background. Check it out here.
For Guns N’ Roses, Facebook is taking users back to the band’s debut album. You can dress up your mug using filters of Axl Rose, Slash, or Duff McKagan’s skull artwork featured on the cover of 1987’s Appetite for Destruction. Try those out here.
Both Slipknot and Guns N’ Roses are also keeping fans happy by staying on the road this year. Slipknot just began a busy touring schedule following the release of their highly-anticipated new album We Are Not Your Kind. Click here for a full list of dates. GNR, meanwhile, is bringing its Not in Your Lifetime tour back to the U.S. starting September 25 in Charlotte.
