The gang’s almost all here.
Eight years since “One Tree Hill” went off the air, the cast got back together for a charity event over the weekend.
Hilarie Burton (Peyton Sawyer) documented the nostalgic excursion in a series of photos shared to Instagram.
“I got a job when I was 20 years old that gave me some of the most important relationships and experiences of my life,” the 37-year-old captioned a series of pics with Chad Michael Murray and other co-stars. “Thick and thin, our shared history has been a cornerstone in my life. Love you guys. Xxx.”
Also appearing in the snaps were James Lafferty (Nathan Scott), Antwon Tanner (Antwon ‘Skills’ Taylor), Jana Kramer (Alex Dupre), Stephen Colletti (Chase Adams), Robert Buckely (Clay Evans) and Michael Trucco (Cooper Lee).
Notably absent from the trip down memory lane were Sophia Bush (Brooke Davis) and Bethany Joy Lenz (Haley James Scot).
While the series had a pretty large ensemble cast over its nine seasons, Burton made a special shout out to “the OGs of Tree Hill High.”
“We had so many brilliant cast mates over the years,” she captioned a group selfie. “But this bunch of crazies are the original cast from the very first pilot episode. Most of us got a script called ‘Ravens’. We were little kids with a whole lotta hope.”
Debuting in 2003, the series followed the lives of students at the fictional Tree Hill High School in North Carolina.
While Burton and Murray left after the show’s sixth season, the series continued by having the storyline jump four years in the future.
After nine seasons, "One Tree Hill" aired its final episode in April 2012.
