Disney Annual Pass Holders Still Have to Pay, More Park Days Added

Disney has shared an update with its Annual Pass members.

After announcing that its locations will be closed until "further notice" last weekthe company will continue to charge Annual Passholders, reports TMZ.

The company sent an email to its Annual Pass members, notifying them that scheduled monthly charges will continue.

While payments will still be collected, Disney informed members that the days they are missing out on will be tacked onto the end of their expiration date.

A top Annual Pass costs $1,295 before taxes at Disney World, and $1,449 at Disneyland.

Last month, The Walt Disney Company closed down its theme parks in Anaheim, California, and Orlando, Florida, due to the quickly spreading coronavirus.

Later in March, Jeffrey Ghazarian, a 34-year-old man from Glendora, CA, died from the virus weeks after visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida.

He died at Pasadena hospital after 5 days on a ventilator to assist his struggled breathing, his family revealed.
