With so many different types of snacks for consumers to choose from, variety packs often times make the decision much easier.
The downside is those packs could come with an item the customers dislikes, or potentially less of their favorite snack. Luckily, Frito-Lay has solved this snack time issue, now offering a ‘Make Your Own’ variety pack option.
With many customers turning to online shopping, Frito-Lay launched their new variety pack option on Thursday, which allows people to order specific items in their pack, with over 100 options to choose from.
“More than 14% of consumers are saying they'll snack more this holiday season than they have in the past. They're completely changing the way that they're buying snacks as well as with the growth of e- commerce and the growth of home delivery,” said Michael Lindsey, chief transformation and strategy officer for Frito-Lay North America.
The variety packs consist of all of Frito-Lay’s brands, including; Lay’s, Tostitos, Cheetos, Ruffles, Stacy’s, and SunChips, as well as dips, crackers, and nuts.
With so many options to choose from, customers will never again have to deal with buying a variety pack, only to be disappointed by what’s inside.
