You can enjoy the refreshing taste of summer year-round with Starbucks’ latest menu addition.
The coffee chain is adding the two new tropical-flavored drinks to the menu permanently on Tuesday.
According to a press release, the Kiwi Starfuit Starbucks Refresher Beverage and the Star Drink are the latest drinks making their way to the U.S. following a successful launch in Canada earlier this summer.
The Kiwi Starfruit includes “Starfruit- and kiwi-flavored juice and real kiwi fruit pieces shaken with ice.”
The 16-ounce grande option has less than 100 calories. There’s also an option to get the drink with lemonade.
Though it isn’t a coffee or tea drink, it does boast 50mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to a half a cup of regular coffee.
It joins the multihued Refreshers lineup consisting of Strawberry Açaí, Very Berry Hibiscus and Mango Dragonfruit.
The Star Drink is simply a creamier spin on the refresher with the addition of coconut milk.
It will join other non-dairy fan-favorites such as Pink Drink, Violet Drink and Dragon Drink.
The drinks are just the thing if you’re hoping to hang onto summer for a little longer, but if you’re ready to leap into fall, Starbucks hasn’t forgotten about you.
The coffee giant has already started up on offering their piece of autumnal bliss by making Pumpkin Spice products like creamers and K-cups available at grocery stores the first week of August.
There are whispers that the in-store offerings could be made available as early as August 25, per an internal memo, a few weeks ahead of their usual Labor Day launch.
