At the Fabrication Yard located in Dallas, Texas you’ll find a new addition of artwork.
Now appearing on a wall, a nearly 7 x 15 foot wide mural of the late actor Chadwick Boseman and one of his most recognized role he played, the Black Panther.
Two Dallas muralists, Jeremy Biggers and Hatziel Flores designed and painted the piece in about 7 hours, the day after the shocking announcement of Boseman’s passing.
Boseman portrayed T’Challa in Marvel’s "Black Panther," Jackie Robinson in the movie "42," and many other roles.
His family announced on social media last Friday, Boseman had been battling colon cancer and died at the age of 43.
KRLD’s Kristin Diaz spoke with Jeremy Biggers about the recent dedication to the actor and what it meant for him to create such a stunning piece of work.
