DeAndre Hopkins complains about pivotal call for Patriots, deletes Tweets

Other than Nick Folk's game-winning 50-yard game-winning field goal with no time on the clock, it was the play of the game.

On 3rd-and-13 with the game tied and the clock running under than a minute, Newton raced for a first down just. Just before reaching the sideline Cardinals' linebacker Isaiah Simmons supplied a helmet-to-helmet hit on the quarterback resulting in 15 more yards.

Many of the Cardinals were clearly upset at the time, thinking that the call was for hitting Newton when he was out of bounds. One who seemed particularly animated as time ran down was Arizona wideout DeAndre Hopkins.

Hopkins, who could be seen making his frustrations known to a television camera just before Folk's game-winner, took to Twitter after the game to continue his displeasure.

While Hopkins seemed to backtrack, FOX Sports officiating expert Mike Pereira kept his disagreement with the call published.
