Rockets fans clearly have no appetite for James Harden anymore.
On Wednesday, the All-Star guard finally got his wish and was traded from the Houston Rockets to the Brooklyn Nets as part of a blockbuster four-team deal.
But while Harden is leaving Houston, his business ventures are not – specifically his upscale steakhouse, Thirteen, that is scheduled to open at the end of the month.
Why is this relevant? Well, angry fans have resorted to leaving 1-star reviews for the unopened restaurant on its Google profile page.
Heck, they even got the default image on Google to show a toilet in a yard being used as a grill.
Fans did not hold back, understandably so, but some of the reviews were actually quite creative as they used lines from Harden’s Tuesday night press conference when describing the restaurant.
One user wrote, “I literally have done everything that I can. I mean, this situation is crazy. It’s something that I don’t think can be fixed.”
Another one read, “this restaurant can’t be fixed, it’s just not good enough.”
Others found ways to criticize Harden’s game, such as the user who wrote, “I had to ask 27 times to refill my drink…I got zero refills.”
Some fans were trying to help Harden out, too, leaving 5-star reviews.
Perhaps once the restaurant opens, fans will be more forgiving and judge it not for its owner – that is if they still choose to dine there.
