Payne & Pendergast: Texans' Jack Easterby questions continue

By SportsRadio 610

(SportsRadio 610) -- Deshaun Watson said a week ago the Texans need a culture shift.

Texans CEO Cal McNair, at some point, assured Watson that as the franchise quarterback, he would be involved in the process of finding who helps shift that culture, whether it be the general manager or head coach.

Regardless of Watson's involvement, McNair doubled down on the culture by hiring Nick Caserio, who spent 20 years with the New England Patriots and is a friend of vice president of football operations Jack Easterby.

On Payne and Pendergast, we react to the soap opera between the Texans and Watson, and discuss Cal McNair and Nick Caserio's press conferences being dominated by questions about Jack Easterby.
